Life can be stressful, especially when things don't go the way you expect them to. Disappointment and failure is inevitable but it is our attitudes that control what happens next. Even in the worst case of scenarios there is always a silver lining, even if the silver lining is an experience that helps us to grow and become better as individuals. Expect little, hope for the best.
